Nanjing Qino Automatic Control Equipment Co., Ltd. is a company which is to design and manufacture the production equipment in fine chemical industry. Its main business is to develop and manufacture the fine chemical equipment of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid (LABSA/LABS), Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfonate (SLES/AES), Sodium Alpha-Olefins Sulfonate (AOS), Lauryl Sodium Sulfate(K12) and Methyl Ester Sulfate (MES) and other chemical plants like powder plant, liquid detergent plant, soap production line and so on.

The features of our new multi-tube film sulphonation reactor:

  Accurately and easily control the organic feed quantity of each tube.
  The secondary protection wind technology extends the cooling area and control the peak value of temperature when reacting, so that to realize product quality and production improvement.
  Adopting the circle baffle instead of baffle with a 1/4 gap, in order to improve the heat transfer coefficients and strengthen the cooling effect.
  Individual organic raw material feed pipe can avoid the cooling water leak into organic raw material.

Usually T/T and L/C payment are acceptable.
2. How long is the lead time？
It depends on the capacity of the equipment, usually taking 120-150 days.
3. How to realize installation and trial run？
Our engineer will provide an installation guideline and you can hire local construction team to install all equipment. When all facilities and equipment are ready, our engineer will support for trail running and training on site.
