The exhaust from the top of the gas-liquid separator is first pre-proceeded by AEO2 absorption device. AEO2 intermediate tank is built in below the AEO2 absorption tower where a certain liquid level of AEO2 is kept. The SO3 remained in the exhaust is absorbed by AEO2, which a circulation pump is used to spray circularly. Meanwhile, the absorbed AEO2 is also provided as raw material to the sulfonation reaction device (This part is specially for producing SLES). The density of SO3 exhaust is then ionizing absorbed and reduced by electrostatic demistingprecipitator (ESP). The exhaust is finally transferred into scrubber; thus, the national emission standards can be met.
The high-efficient ESP with a direct voltage of ≥ 40 thousand volts is used for exhaust treatment. The air inlet of the ESP is improved so that the exhaust can enter into each anode tube uniformly. The air speed is reduced in the ESP and increased the effective reaction height of the ESP so that the demisting effect is significantly improved. The waste acid from the bottom of device is collected manually.
The scrubber body is made of PE plastic board and fulfilled with fold-piece PVC plastic ball, so that the alkali liquor can be sprayed and distributed uniformly; thus, the alkaline cleaning effect can be significantly improved.
Alkali liquor is quantitatively added by plunger metering pumps. The PH value of absorbing liquid is simultaneously measured by PH meter. The operation of the metering pump is controlled by the host computer according to the value measured from the PH meter. The absorbing liquid will discharge into the sewage treatment station of the manufacture.
