About Our Company

In 1992, the founder designed and constructed the first set of SO3 sulfonation plant with each section made in China (1t/h SO3 sulfonation plant in Qiulin Chemical Manufacture Co., Nantong). We own the patent of designing and manufacturing the sulfonation reactor, which is a critical part of SO3 sulfonation plant. It uses twice protecting wind technology, which makes a further improvement in production quality, especially in the sulfonation plant with the heat-sensitive raw material. It has various advantages including having a longer continuous working period, being easier to clean the sulfonation reactor, and reducing production costs.

Apart from SO3 sulfonation plant, we also provide production plant for other surface active agents, washing powder dry molding, liquid phase, and daily chemical industry. The LAS powder plant designed and manufactured by our company can reach its purity of 80%, with its products been exported all over the world, while the vacuum thin film distillation unit used for glycerin distillation can reach its purity of at least 99.6%.

Since 1980s, Mr. Zhang chuanben, the founder of our company, participated in the negotiation, introduction and production management of China's first sulfonation plant project invested and constructed by Nanjing Jinling Petrochemical Company. Through the consumption and absorption of foreign advanced technology and years of research and practice, the founder of our company designed and built the first national SO3 sulfonation plant in Nantong Qiulin chemical plant in 1992.
Over the past 20 years, more than 50 sulfonation plants have been designed and built for the domestic and foreign synthetic detergent industry, involving the products of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid(LABSA/LAS), Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate(SLES/AES), Sodium Alpha-Olefins Sulfonate(AOS), Methyl Ester Sulfate(MES), Lauryl Sodium Sulfate(SLS/K12) and etc.
