4t/h LABSA manufacturing plant in Colombia

In 2022, Nanjing Qino designed and customized a 4t/h sulphonation plant for LABSA manufacturing for the client from Colombia. After 4 months of production, we sent out the first batch of goods, a total of 14 containers. It took one month to cross the ocean and reached Colombia smoothly. The initial equipment installation was carried out by a local construction team with remote installation guidance provided by Nanjing Qino.

In August 2023, the second batch of equipment for utilities and storage tanks was also successfully shipped, totaling 10 containers, and will be delivered to Colombia one month later. After the installation of the equipment is completed, Nanjing Qino will send engineers on site for system commissioning and personnel training.

The requirements for the equipment is higher than the plains in this project, cause Colombia is a high-altitude country. The blower we used is exceeding 4t/h plant requirement to ensure stable equipment operation.
